Ask what the warranty is on the repairs.  Your insurance company does not guarantee repairs.

Warranty Repairs

 OTTO WORKS COLLISION CENTER has a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all body and paint processes, the parts Manufacturer carries a twelve (12) month or 12,000 mile warranty.

Entitlements

You are entitled to have your vehicle restored to pre-accident condition.

Your Investment

Your car is the second largest investment you are likely to make.  Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.

Your Rights

You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice, regardless of who you are insured by.

Payments Types

Ask what type of payment will be required upon completion of repairs.

Choose a shop that has uni-body repair equipment and certified I-CAR technicians.

Safe Driving

Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damaged parts, broken glass or missing and or broken lights.

The Law
